Hilltop Montessori School

Using a "Team" approach to meet budget and design constraints, this LEED certified construction was value analysis driven resulting in unique solutions in several areas. The restrictive site offered challenges but is also one of the true assets of the completed project. Two phases have now been completed totaling 27,000 square feet.
