Swagelok Alabama / West Tennessee

Swagelok designs, manufactures, and delivers an expanding range of the highest quality valves, fittings, gauges, and tubing. They are one of the oldest and largest pip, valve and fitting companies in the country. They were looking to relocate to Birmingham, Alabama's fastest growing metro area to serve all of the Alabama and west Tennessee. JOHNSONKREIS worked in conjunction with the regional manager and its corporate office out of Cleveland, Ohio in a design / build manner to achieve a blend of cost efficiency and design esthetics. The project consistent of two parts - a 12,000-square-foot warehouse / manufacturing using a PEMB structure and masonry exterior, and an 8,000-square-foot administration, offices, and training spaces built with conventional method and materials.
