Safety Leadership System
The JOHNSONKREIS project teams contribute to the safety atmosphere onsite by systematically installing safety defenses into construction operations using the JOHNSONKREIS Safety Leadership System. This system has 4 components: Plan, Perform, Check, Respond. Through safety leadership principles, JOHNSONKREIS works closely with sub-contractor trades to effectively promote safety success and protect workers from occupational injuries.
